Partnering with Employers for Employee Health, Safety and Wellness
Oak Valley Hospital’s Occupational Health professionals work directly with local employers to customize healthcare services to best fit the needs of each employee group. Our healthcare team can assist employers in developing worksite injury and illness prevention programs. If injuries occur, we can provide immediate medical evaluation and follow-up to achieve timely return to work or rehabilitation and recovery, including physical therapy and counseling, if required. A full range of testing and screening services are available to participating employers, including:
- Pre-employment physicals
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Worksite health screens
- Impairment testing
- Ergonomic assessments
Amrik S. Basi MD, is Medical Director of Occupational Health leading a team of professionals committed to working with local employers to enhance healthy work environments. Dennis Durr is the Physician Assistant. Their offices are located in the Oak Valley Hospital complex at 1420 West H Street, Oakdale, CA.
