Oak Valley Hospital Outpatient Services

Although some surgical procedures require overnight hospitalization, many are now available on an “outpatient” basis thanks to advanced technology. You are encouraged to discuss same day surgeries with your physician.

Additional medical services requested by physicians, such as X-rays, CT Scans, MRIs, mammograms, and clinical laboratory testing, are available at Oak Valley Hospital making it unnecessary to travel outside the local area for care.

Full Service Clinical Laboratory

Routine blood testing is available at the hospital, 350 South Oak Avenue, Oakdale from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily. Register in the Emergency Department. No appointments. Blood drawing is also available at the Imaging Center, 250 South Oak Avenue, Building B, Suite 1, Oakdale, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Diagnostic Radiology

CT Scans, MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound and related diagnostic testing is available on an outpatient basis in the hospital at:

by appointment only from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Physical Therapy

Hospitalized patients requiring physical therapy are treated in the hospital by hospital staff. Outpatient physical therapy is available with physician referral at 250 South Oak Avenue, Building C, Suite 1, Oakdale. Services include:

• Orthopedic injury treatment
• Sports injury treatment
• Stroke rehabilitation
• Work injury rehabilitation
• Therapeutic massage
