Location: Oakdale, CA
The Manager of Case Management is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and evaluating identified managed care patients following pre-established criteria to maintain high quality patient care. The Manager of Case Management is responsible for the Departmental Goals for Patients (Department Service, Patient Satisfaction, and Quality Improvement); People (Employee Development, Training, Recognition, and Satisfaction; Future (Budget, Cost Management, Revenue, New Service Development) and Community (Participation). The Manager assures that the department meets all regulatory requirements related to service area for DHS, TJC and other as appropriate. Working collaboratively with other managers to meet goals and solve problems is a requirement of this position. The Manager of Case Management assists the Manager of Clinical Services with RAC denial appeals and prevention.
Graduate from accredited school of Nursing
Bachelors in Science, Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of three (3) years’ of Clinical experience in a medical-surgical setting
Previous Case Management experience
Maintains current California Registered Nurse Licensure.
Maintains current BLS.
Prefer California Public Health Certification
